The shower was excellent, bed very comfortable. The room was very clean and we had a great sleep very quiet. We were initially offered a room on what we thought would be the noisy side of the hotel as it was on the main road. They quite happily changed our room to a room that we thought would be quieter. Staff were very informative and cheerful. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. Parking was plentiful and the meal at the hotel next door was good value for money and conveniently located to the hotel. There is a Dan Murphy's in walking distance and the hotel is in a very good location. I thought the cost of the hotel was very reasonable for the facilities provided and would certainly stay there again.

At my reservation it didn't mention that breakfast was included. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned upon arrival that not only breakfast was included, you also get a free drink of the house! The swimming pool is large, there's a sauna (no idea what kind) and there are washing facilities that are all included. It couldn't be more perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The 2 kings were perfect for us as a family of 4. And the mattresses are super comfortable. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. And the fridge in the room is big enough to fill it up with our groceries. Price/quality wise I rate our stay 10/10.

Pillow gave me a headache. Bed was good though. The ‘smart’ TV was difficult for a 70 year old to navigate - it took quite some time to even get a full-screen image. Far too complex for a one night stay. It should be simple to use. Coffee and jug was excellent. Walking around the complex from room 25 to the pub dining room was a long way after-hours, as by 5.45 pm the office doors and internal access was locked. I had to walk all the way around the complex to get dinner, then all the way back after dinner. What a phaff!

The room was serviced each day.Swimming pool very refreshing and towels provided at office. Receptionist very friendly .Used our 2 free drink vouchers for Barista made coffee.Walked across carpark to Pub bistro for dinner.

Even though it's on the highway noise isn't really a problem. Included breakfast is a bonus - especially as I wasn't expecting it to be hot food in addition to the usual continental options. Having the toilet separate from the bathroom can be handy. Vouchers for a free drink a nice touch.
